Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on vendors. You will be notified as soon as this has been made aware. All Pre-orders MUST be paid in full at time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases.
If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
Items to be returned must be unworn and unused. Items must have all tags attached. Please be aware that all garment that have cigarettes smoke, odors, perfume/scents, deodorant or make-up marks will not be accepted for returns. Jewelry snags or any other blemishes upon return will not be accepted.
The customers will be responsible for return items. Items purchased online may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY... NO EXPECTIONS. Customers must notify Big & Bold Boutique of need of return or exchange via email at email@example.com within three days of shipment date. RECEIPT REQUIRED. The item is considered a final sale on the fourth day. All item must be returned in same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS! During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Add a 1 to 3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy. Thank you for your patience.
Big & Bold ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exceptions of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date. Next date shipping is available upon request for an addition shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Being
that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Clearance, Jewelry, Swimwear and Sale Promotions are FINAL SALES ITEMS. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Store credit and shipping will not be issued for items returned for that which are final sales.
